From casing and tubing running to on-site fabrication, we plan the job around the well, not a generic spread. Crews work with the drilling contractor to protect the string, reduce NPT, and leave a wellbore that later operations can still access.
We measure what the well is actually doing — rates, composition, pressure, and temperature — then turn that into a picture of the reservoir and the completion. The goal is fewer surprises between the first test and later production optimisation.
Completions on Algerian onshore wells have to survive sand, water, and years of workovers. We plan packers, perforating, wellheads, and running procedures around the reservoir we actually have — especially in Hassi Messaoud — so production starts without boxing in the next intervention.

First oil and late-life production both need a plan that fits the facilities you actually have. We help operators start production sooner, recover more from existing wells, and manage flaring and venting as operating problems — not as a slide in a report.
Sustainability in wells is practical: fewer trips, better barriers, cleaner burn, and a decommissioning plan that holds. We apply that to live wells and to P&A so operators meet regulatory and partner expectations without treating every well as a special case.
