The work
Time is split between the wellsite around Hassi Messaoud, the workshop, and a small office. Training is on the job that is actually booked, not a generic academy week. If you need a graduate programme with a branded hoodie, we are the wrong company. If you want to run casing, diagnose SCP, or design a P&A that holds on an Algerian onshore well, write to us.
Well engineering
Job design, barrier philosophy, and procedures that have to be used, not filed.
HSE
Stop-work authority that is real. SIMOPS, lifting, and well-control support on live jobs.
Maintenance and equipment
Spreads that leave the yard certified, complete, and with the spares the last job needed.
Commercial
Tenders written by people who have sat through the last campaign’s NPT, not by a template.
